Catherine Wallace

Catherine Wallace is a nonresident fellow. Previously, she served as the associate director of strategic partnerships and advocacy at the Atlantic Council’s Climate Resilience Center, leading engagement with its chief heat officers in municipal governments across different continents.
Wallace worked for over a decade as an editor at HarperCollins Publishers. She was responsible for spearheading the development of original intellectual property projects, acquiring and creating the editorial strategy for new titles, and liaising between key stakeholders. In addition to her private-sector work, Wallace has held various positions with several nongovernmental organizations, including the Organization for Refuge, Asylum, and Migration and the water, sanitation, and hygiene-focused nongovernmental organization ROCKBlue.
Wallace holds a master’s degree in international public policy from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in international relations and modern history from the University of St. Andrews.
