Catherine Wallace is the Associate Director, Communications Specialist at the Adrienne Arsht–Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center. Working across the Communications, Extreme Heat and Development teams, she supports the work of our Chief Heat Officers (CHOs) who are embedded in municipal governments on different continents.
Prior to joining Arsht-Rock, she worked for over a decade as an editor at HarperCollins Publishers. There, she was responsible for spearheading the development of original intellectual property projects, acquiring and creating the editorial strategy for new titles, liaising between key stakeholders, and crafting copy. In addition to her private sector work she has held various positions with several non-governmental organizations, including the refugee and asylum seeker non-profit ORAM and the WASH sector NGO ROCKBlue.
Catherine holds a Masters in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in International Relations and Modern History from the University of St. Andrews.
