Sabrina Bachrach

Sabrina Bachrach, née Nagel, is an advisor for the Atlantic Council’s Climate Resilience Center (formerly known as Arsht-Rock). She advances work on global financial policy and private-sector mobilization. In addition, Bachrach is the adaptation and resilience finance lead of the Climate Champions Team, the supporting body of the UN Climate Change High-Level Champions.
She previously worked with YAPU Solutions, which was recognized as a “top innovator” for the open innovation platform of the World Economic Forum. Before that, Bachrach was a coordinator for Scale for Resilience, which is part of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change’s Race to Resilience campaign. Bachrach also played pivotal roles in developing the Scale for Resilience initiative and the Women in Resilience Finance mentorship program. Bachrach has also supported ground-level communications and implementation for nature-based solutions projects in Borneo and Costa Rica with Fariventures Worldwide and the International Analog Forestry Network.
Bachrach received her Bachelor of Science in communication and media studies from the University of Hohenheim in 2016.
