Stephanie Lasure
She/Her/Hers
Stephanie Lasure is the Deputy Director of Finance at the Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center. Stephanie plays a key role in the stewardship of Arsht-Rock’s budget. Her vast skillset includes leadership, entrepreneurship, financial management, QuickBooks expertise, and knowledge of the financial reporting and licensure requirements of a non-profit organization.
Stephanie brings 20+ years of accounting, bookkeeping and financial management experience to Arsht-Rock. Stephanie had her own consulting firm, SKL Consulting, which had a broad-ranging portfolio of non-profits and small businesses. Her focus is to ensure the viability and sustainability of those organizations through financial oversight, stewardship, budgeting and accounting best-practices. Stephanie developed universal budget reporting protocols for 200 independent Councils of ‘Girls on The Run’, ran ‘QuickBooks 101’ workshops and streamlined accounting practices in preparation for annual audits for new and existing non-profits.
Stephanie attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, where she studied Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Communication. Outside of her consulting firm, she has a deep commitment to her core values of not only being a good steward to her clients, but to our larger place in our community and environment. To that end, as a life-long runner, she founded the local Council ‘Girls on The Run Las Vegas’. Stephanie ran the organization from 2011 though 2014 and helped it grow from 11 girls to where it is currently, serving over 5,000 girls.
